ABOUT US

In 1978, George Campopiano and his wife, Kathy, started a proprietorship doing small contracts in new construction and tear-offs. At the time, Higbee’s Home Improvement and O’Neil’s Department Stores were two of the main accounts that Campopiano Roofing serviced. Within the first eight years, George’s twin brother, Rick, joined the venture. Together, the Campopianos incorporated their business and set out to pursue more extensive business opportunities. In 1990, Pulte Homes – the #1 builder in the nation at the time– became a driving force in the growth of the company. This became a turning point for the future of Campopiano Roofing.

 

Today, Campopiano Roofing continues to build strong working relationships with homeowners, custom builders and nationally-known builders. At the same time, we have also taken our company in new directions by adding commercial steep and flat roof capabilities.

 

Our company is continually motivated to be a part of new projects throughout and beyond Northern Ohio. Our teams are equally adept at out-of-town projects, making us a perfect fit for local and national contractors alike.

GAF Complete Warranty

The introduction of the GAF Lifetime Roofing System in 2012 has given Northeast Ohio homeowners a wonderful opportunity to get COMPLETE WARRANTY COVERAGE FOR THEIR ENTIRE ROOFING SYSTEM. Lifetime Shingles were the first component to offer this impressive coverage, and GAF has since expanded lifetime coverage to include all parts of its roofing system. Each product in the system has been carefully designed to work together to achieve superior, long-term protection.

Install any Lifetime Shingle and three or more qualifying GAF accessories to qualify for Lifetime limited coverage. Qualifying components of the GAF Lifetime Roofing System include:

  1. LIFETIME SHINGLES. GAF offers many excellent Lifetime Shingle choices, including the popular Timberline® shingle lines.
  2. ROOF DECK PROTECTION. Roof deck protection allows moisture to escape from your attic while providing an exceptionally strong layer of protection against wind-driven rain. It also lies flatter for a more uniform finish.
  3. LEAK BARRIER. This layer protects your home from damaging leaks, even in the most extreme weather. It’s an important upgrade at vulnerable areas such as roof valleys and perforations.
  4. STARTER STRIP SHINGLES. Using starter strip helps lock your shingles in place, reducing the risk of leaks and shingle blow-off.
  5. ATTIC VENTILATION. Attic ventilation helps prolong the life of your roof by removing excess heat and moisture from your attic. Proper ventilation is required to receive lifetime warranty coverage.
  6. RIDGE CAP SHINGLES. Ridge cap shingles add a finished look to a roof, while providing added protection against leaks at the most exposed areas along the hips and ridges

 

GAF President’s Club Limited Warranty

The President’s Club Limited Warranty provides a Lifetime† warranty term against manufacturing defects, including 50 years of non-prorated coverage for both replacement GAF products and installation labor in the event of a claim as well as 40 years of coverage against errors in the application of your GAF shingles, accessories, and covered flashings that might have been made during the installation of your roof.
