Campopiano Roofing Co. was awarded the Warren Local School District Project through a public bid in late June of 2012. We were tasked with completing the gymnasium and auditorium sections prior to the building being re-opened for use by summer sports teams. As most people know this is the beginning to middle of August. We were able to complete the front end documentation and have material ordered in under a week. The project called for a special order 25psi insulation which was a two week lead time. By the time material was on site and weather was able to cooperate we had to run two shifts to meet the owners request. We worked a night crew tearing off and and day crew installing the new PVC membrane. Also the auditorium is not your typical low slope pitched roof. We had to tear off and install the new membrane on a serpentine style roof with pitches ranging from 6:12 to 14:12. I am happy to say we were able to meet the wishes off the owner and delivered the gymnasium and auditorium on time so that the indoor volleyball team to could start their summer practices. Currently we are finishing the sheet metal installation on the high school and our installation crews have moved onto two of the other buildings that were part of the project. We hope to be 100% complete by the end of October.
